finally, all the Barbie dolls I ordered online have arrived. I receive dolls almost everyday. Now I have no pending orders. I am going to take a break–I wont order more dolls until I can clean up my bedroom–I piled up these new arrivals in my bedroom, that’s really a bad thing to do.

my last newest addition is the silkstone Show Girl! I missed her when BC put her on sale, I had to buy her from eBay, box is damaged, but the doll is fine.

although the “Enchanged evening” dress was copied by many pepole for thousands of times, I have to show off my Golden Enchantress, I believe the dress I made is much better than what the GAW doll wears. but you’ll be the judge.

I have done my best to boost Mattel’s Barbie Biz and overspent doll money in Sept. & Oct. since I am poor right now, I set this new price policy, I wll only buy dolls when their prices drop by 30%.

I was going to purchase “Stunning in the Spotlight”, then, I found BarbieCollector wanted to charge me $14.29 NY State Sales Tax, that brought the price up to $177, even with $1 shipping, the price is just too high. its better I buy one from eBay, and her price should be under $115.

I can wait, I am patient.

I could live without him, but I was home and my Cable TV was out for no reason, I got nothing else better to do but went online & ordered him.

I just dont think he is better than Speed Racer Ken except for he wears “Platinum” label. Mattel’s Platinum Label doesnt mean the doll has “Platinum” quality, only means less quantities were produced. does Speed Racer Ken have better costumes and accessories such as gloves, helmet?

I am going to “Barbie Day” get-togethers at Central Park Zoo tomorrow. we will have Gift-swaps.

here is the doll I prepared. she comes with 2 sets of outfits. one is a casual dress with autumn leaves, the other is a formal gown with autumn flowers. the color of the gown should be dark green, but it looks like Blue in the photo.

I have impressed no one else but myself— I finally sit down and made this dress! the style was stolen from Silkstone Delphine doll. I made it in gold. it took the entire day, as I made a couple of mistakes by not taking a close look at the original.

Technially, I can make any dresses I see. honestly, its not practical—either I dont have enough patience or the cost is too high. some accessories are very expensive, and–It takes more time to make a doll dress than mine.

Remeber Barbie’s iconic “Enchanted EVening” dress? I think it’s time for Barbie to graduate from Pink! Here comes my Black Verstion. oh this dress is very holiday, with all these silver sparkles all over the dress!
