I am a power seller and paid several thousands in fees. The economy is low, items need to be put into a store and not a regualar auction. Ebay is doing bad is because a combination of the economy and the new rules. 1. Feedback policy has changed, prices increased, etc..You have to use PayPal and EBay to earn a living Rich !! There is freedom of speech, if you don't like someone complaining leave and don't read it, just ignore it. Some people make there money based soley on selling through Ebay and now it is a rule for Paypal and no longer taking money orders, that doesn't make it right. They are there highest right now, amost bad as a loan shark. They would go higher but they can't. Of course life is not fair. No one said that life was fair but there is freedom of speech and letting others know how you feel about something. Since my work is totally based out of Ebay I have to complain to them, yep once a month. Not all the time, I have a life but at least once a moth because I believe in change. Allthough I do hope someone sees this and "makes a change" with Ebay.. If not oh well! I doubt it will happen. I will continue to use Ebay because I don't have a choice but many people have turned farrr away from EBay. The thing is buyers think that when I sell something for $500 that I make the whole thing and I don't. After those fees I are removed I make $530 MAYBE. Then buyers complain. They don't realize it costs to list/sell ebay and then when they use Paypal it costs again. Leaving me with little profit if lucky. I have one Fred left on Ebay as low buy it now...
